What happens after cancellation?
Following an effective cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of the most affordable standard delivery offered by us.
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for your original order for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.
The goods must be sent back to us no later than 30 days after your cancellation. It is sufficient if you dispatch the goods within this period to meet the deadline.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exclusion or expiration of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply, among other things, to goods that have been made individually according to your specifications or clearly personalized.
For sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health, the right of cancellation may expire once the seal has been removed after delivery. This may be the case, for example, with appropriately sealed earrings or piercings.
Should such products be returned nonetheless, we reserve the right to return them to you after notifying you accordingly.
Sets and bundles
For orders of sets or bundles, a partial return of individual components is generally not intended. Therefore, in the event of cancellation, the complete set or bundle must be returned.
Should individual components of a set or bundle be returned, we reserve the right to calculate the refund according to the scope of what was actually returned, insofar as this is legally permissible.
Returns after the deadline
Please note the statutory deadlines for cancellation and returns. A return after the applicable deadline may be rejected, provided no other right of return has been agreed upon with us.
